Major Incident Management
Major incident stay inside and lock all doors and windows

The nature of modern major incident management places a great deal of emphasis on the necessity for efficient communication.

In certain circumstances, i.e. a terrorist attack, it becomes necessary to invacuate, i.e. instruct staff and students to stay in their building within designated safe areas, rather than evacuate.

Campus Alert enables detailed evacuation or invacuation instructions, specific to the nature and location of the risk, to be sent instantly to fixed Campus Alert Pads in locations such as lecture halls, laboratories, libraries, offices, and bars by individual zone i.e. area of the campus, or if necessary, globally.

In response to a bomb threat, Campus Alert provides a fully interactive search and clear facility enabling security management to quickly initiate and co-ordinate a search of the campus areas greatly reducing the potential for false evacuations.
